One of the most important things we can do is help others to attain their goals. I enjoy working with students because it provides an avenue to give back. Each one of us is responsible for helping to carry the load. We are each others brother and sister.

I love working with students because it gives me a chance to impact and sculpt future leaders. To be able to provide wisdom and direction to our students keeps me growing and causes me to stay humble for life.

I enjoy working with students as they develop their unique strengths and talents to impact the world. It is like seeing the beginnings of a masterpiece, not yet fully developed, but in the process of becoming a vital part of our future. My interaction with students allows me to be part of this development and I am truly fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in this process.
