To advocate and promote diversity, inclusiveness, and cultural awareness throughout the TCU community

To accomplish our mission, Inclusiveness & Intercultural Services (IIS) provides various programs, activities, events and organizations through which students, faculty, staff and the community can learn, grow, interact and develop. While we focus on education equity, student learning and retention, we pride ourselves on offering everyone a space of acceptance and understanding. Through programs like the Community Scholars Program and the Minority High School Conference, our community outreach initiatives for Fort Worth and surrounding area school districts has excelled. As a part of our on-campus initiatives, students, faculty and staff, through the Inclusiveness Task Force and Council on Diversity, oversee a University-wide annual conference and seminars for faculty and staff. Our goal is to improve understanding and to provide opportunities for dialogues and interaction around the issues of diversity and inclusiveness for the TCU community.
