African Heritage Organization (AHO)

Mission: To unite and create a common bond and give a voice to all students of African Heritage.

Goal: To raise and promote awareness within the TCU community of the rich and diverse African cultures and traditions from all over the world.

Short description about AHO: African Heritage Organization is about globalization. We invite various world views, while learning about each other, through the variety of cultures exposed to us at Texas Christian University. AHO educates individuals on how African Heritage influences global society!

African Heritage is not only about being African, it is about looking at your own heritage accepting it, loving it, and sharing it with others who WANT to know more about it.

Who can be part of AHO: Everyone is welcome! You don’t have to be of African descent.
